Thanks very much MB!
Nice to hear from you.
:)

I haven't scanned and uploaded for a long time, so I'm making up for it with some tough issues to find:
Under Holyoke:
Captain Aero Comics 012 (coverless, issue numbering is best guess based on house ads and issues we already have)
Under Fiction House:
Fight Comics 031 (classic decapitation cover) ctc
Rangers Comics 024 (early Firehair) ctc
Enjoy,
~Michael

Michael, they all have been releases to the download site for all to enjoy.
Thank you for your uploads, and please don't be a stranger, OK?

Thanks very much for the scan Michael!

Had time to also edit and upload Manhunt #14 (Magazine Enterprises). I have other stuff coming over the next few weeks, maybe 20-30 books.

Thank you and it's up.
Geo
-
Wow, that's a Lot of books!
Looking forward to seeing them.
Thanks again for all your work Michael.
-
Added Mister Universe #4. I put it in small publishers. I believe this was the only title published by Media, lasting 5 issues (with the last two including Korean War material).
~Michael

Uploaded:
Fighting Indians of the Wild West (Avon)
Fighting War Stories 03 (Men's Publications, but listed as Story Comics in GCD)
Gabby Hayes Western 10 (Fawcett; wow we don't have very many of these)
G.I. Sweethearts 041 (Quality)
and...
Gene Autry's Champion 03 and 04 (Dell; these are not my scans, but I noticed they were in my collection and not on the site. I don't know who the original scanners were).
~Michael
-
Wow!
Thanks Very Much Michael for the big haul.
All of them are now up.
BTW, when reposting books you find online could you please be sure to remake the file as a zip from scratch?
These are all fine but the 'Cody of the Pony Express' issue was a rar file renamed to cbz and our DCM Preview feature always chokes on those.
We corrected it and it's working now though.
Thanks again, great job on these!
:)

The Cody CBZ error was my fault on a book I scanned and named. That's what I get for finishing something in December that I began in July on another desktop with different software. It shouldn't happen again.
~Michael
-
Ah, no problem Michael. Once we knew the problem it was just a matter of renaming it to cbr.
CBZ is preferred these days but cbr still works when needed.
Thanks again for the wonderful flood of new scans from you!
-
Thanks for all the books and especially the Fightin' AF
-
Hi Michael,
I was just reminded that Gene Autry's Champion 3-5 are Not in the public domain so I've had to remove them.
Narf might want to do the same on CB+.
-
Uploaded Monte Hale Western 53 (Fawcett)
~Michael
-
Now up, thanks Michael!

Over the last few weeks, I assembled and have now uploaded "Firehair Golden Age Archives" in 5 volumes (Original material only; no reprints). The upload includes newly created Archive covers (inspired by Yoc's Fighting Yank archives), table-of-contents pages, and an homage page to the original scanners. For the sake of uniformity, editing of some scans was performed, mostly straightening and border-cropping. Many covers were upgraded. It was fun putting this together, but a lot of work too. It looks pretty good on an iPad.
Note: there was a missing page from the Firehair story in Rangers Comics #44. I rescanned that entire story. If anyone wants to stick the missing page in the Rangers Comics scan, be my guest.
V1: 154 pages, 86.1 MB
V2: 147 pages, 84.8 MB
V3: 141 Pages, 77.9 MB
V4: 141 pages, 71.7 MB
V5: 132 pages, 59.9 MB
Happy new year!
~Michael
P.S.: original scans of at least another 30 books to follow in the coming weeks.

Thank you Michael.

WOW!
Wonderful stuff Michael. Thanks very much for adding this.
I too will be debuting my own collection in the very near future. And I think it's the best one I've been part of yet. Certainly with the most 'extras'.
Looking forward to your next uploads,
