Title: Constant ERROR messages when trying to download ANYTHING

Don't know what to do.  I think i am not registered but I am.

What error message you getting?

Make sure when your on download page that up top of site it says:
Logged in as: YOURUSERNAME  ( Log Out | User CP ) [ Upload File ] [ Search ]  etc

If it says Logged in as: Guest thats your problem.

One thing to remember is the need to log in on the forum and the download site separately.  I know that baffled me early on.

How do I get the "logged on as guest" off when it won't allow me to log on?

(Remember, Javascript must be turned on.)

Just registered and activated but get error when I try to download anything. Using Mac/Safari and JavaScript is turned on.

Message: Error: Login failed...There was an error locating the details for this user
Failed inside $this->usertype->do_login()

PM me or Yoc your username and password. We will then log in for you to see the error message or see if can get it working. After this we will PM you back to let you know if its fixed etc.

Got the message:
Can log in and go on the forum but, when I go on the dowload section (it marks: logged as guest user !)
and choose a dowload button it says I'm not logged, so I log-in and:
"Error: Login failed...The password does not match the one in our records.
Failed inside $this->usertype->do_login()
. If you believe this to be in error, please quote the above error and report this to the admin"

Too bad !
