Fiction House had some of the most striking, colorful covers of their time. But some covers, like this one, seem like nothing but green and orange. Was that a creative decision, do you think, or were some of their red inks so volatile that they couldn't survive?

Just my opinion. 1948...cover of women in their underwear... 1948...

The cover is mostly orange and green by design, but the flying guy is red. The colors have faded a bit on this scan.
