Fixed? Pages 18-19 repeat as pages 20-21.

Sorry, the file, as-is, was incorrectly uploaded in 7zip format which doesn't work with DCM software.

We can't fix the missing pages until someone else out there can find them.  But the original US book is linked here for those that want the complete story.
