Description: April, 1940 - 400 dpi scan. Incomplete, brittle copy, missing cover and outer two wraps with damage to the last 4 pages. Missing pages from the existing scan. Front and back covers from Heritage. Featuring The Wizard, Dick Storm, Moore of the Mounted, Streak Chandler, Wings Johnson, Bob Phantom, Stacey Knight M.D., The West Pointer, and Kardak the Mystic Magician.  Part of srca1941’s 10 comics from 10 publishers for DCM’s 10th anniversary.

Thanks for the alert lrek.  Missing pages now added from Jon version.
