Title: savage error!

Hi,
The title of Avon's "Captain Steve Savage (1st) 11 (damage)"
should say (2nd), not (1st)

Also, wouldn't it be neater for issue #1 to be titled
"Captain Steve Savage (1st) [01] nn "   instead of "Captain Steve Savage (1st) nn"?

More about that issue:
The Steve Savage section has this line:
"Note - #1 was published by Superior."
True, but it was originally a regular issue printed in the USA by Avon, which is the version on DCM. The Canadian one was published a year later (see the gcbdb).
The quick way to tell the difference is that the Canadian version has a #1 on the cover.
