Description: Complete paper! except for the ifc, which is borrowed from darkmark's old upload. Fc & bc from HAG; ibc from Fighting Yank #4;
And, the front page was damaged, so page 1 is from elsewhere.

due to technical problems with the scanner settings, this book really needs to be 100% re-scanned
