Yep, it's completely new to me as well!  The GCD says there were seven issues published.   https://www.comics.org/series/18875/

I had never heard of it either. I just saw it mentioned in the Public Domain Heroes Wiki, which said the title was a rebinding of remainder comics, so each issue contained different comics.
