Amazing. You simply could not do stuff like this today without post-modern cynicism.

I wish I had an outfit made of old Kasco feed bags! Next stop: eBay!

Wow! I'm a big fan of underground comic artist Kim Deitch and I've never read of his being influenced by Bill Woggons, but the Woggons stories in this Kasco are so Deitch-y it's uncanny (not as uncanny as the pre-McCay 19th century french Little Nemo but that's another matter...).

Anyone read of a Deitch-Kasco connection?

Besides the magic carpet or was it a dream tale, there's that idiosyncratic lettering style...
