I got to say the artwork in these early Young Romances are amazing!!

To paraphrase the expression about great singers, Kirby could stage someone reading the phonebook and make it interesting.

And check out that first panel on page 9 (story page 7) of that first story, "Blind Date"... who's that in the foreground? HOUSE-DATE HARRY from MY DATE Comics! Oh that Kirby, even on this early issue, already jazzing things up to keep himself interested!
