Based on the Charlton titles in the heading, specifically Cowboy Western Heroes and Eh!, it appears that the contents in this book would be for either Atomic Mouse #6 or #8.
A) The Charlton titles were not listed in #1-5 and they appear in #7
B) Cowboy Western Heroes and Eh! were removed in the Charlton titles listed in #12, last appearing in #11.
C) #6 and #8 are not uploaded on this site or indexed on www.comics.org.
Hope that helps to narrow it down. So far I can't find anywhere that lists the story titles for either issue.

I've determined that this is in fact Atomic Mouse #8, based on the followed eBay auction, which includes scans of the covers and splash pages:

Snard is correct. I have this one in my collection as well, and it includes the cover. As with my comment to the previous "unknown" Atomic Mouse issue (which is #13), I'd be willing to upload my own scan of it, if someone can suggest a tutorial for how best to do it. The last time I tried to upload comics here, it hung up for some reason.
