are you referring to the 'Duke' story?  Doesn't look like Graham to me.

Actually, I think it is "Ghastly!" I thought that before I this first post.

The Duke story screams Graham Ingles.  Look at the faces, the shading.  Astonishingly, the GCD data says "Rudy Palais?," with the question mark, but this is undoubtedly Ingles.
