Comic Name: Target Comics v01 03 (no pg 32-34, ifc & ibc) -upgrade (44.02 MB)
Description: Scanned from a coverless copy missing the centerfold (last page of T-Men and 1st 3 pages of City Editor).
Pg 31(last T-Men pg) has now been added, copied from Crime-Fighting Detective #12 (coloring is different).
Fc+bc from HAG; no ifc+ibc.
Front page was damaged.
A freddyfly original production!
