First story is a nice ghost story. Rest is the usual crap from Star Publications.
Sorry, I meant: Reprints and art which got rejected at pre school.

Thanks for these scans.  I do not think I have ever seen a more text-heavy comic; really fascinating stuff.

Certainly there are issues with the text-heavy scripts resulting in large balloons of dialog. But it looks like story two (Monarch of Murder) may be an early Rudy Palais illustrated piece, notable for its energy, even while hampered by the verbose script. Many of these marginal comics had their ups and downs. I wouldn't write this off entirely.
