The GCD suggests the cover and IFC are by Wood, with the cover story "The Painted Best" (given on the IFG as "The Painted Monster") by Gattuso, with inks possibly by Wood. I'd disagree; I don't think the cover "monsters in the painting" look anything like Wood's work, and the figure of the blonde on the cover, while "Woodish," doesn't look like his design, especially in the hands of the figure.

However, there is a very nice Joe Kubert story in "The Mirror of Isis."

Is JonTheScanner the same as ABPC? Because the files for this and 004 say ABPC.

Nope.  ABPC was a scanner group and Jon was a member.
