Art is identified at GCD as Feldstein under Duncan and Brown pseudonyms, but this strikes me as pseudo-Feldstein. Yes, the headlights are lovingly rendered, but the overall feel isn't Feldstein to my eyes. YMMV.

Layouts appear rushed or possibly an artist other than Feldstein?
