Thanks but this is rather strange. I got a perfect HP scanner/printer off ebay for very little. This should perhaps be a placeholder scan.

Yes, this could be a placeholder scan. I scan books normally. But visiting a collector and photographing this book is the next best thing. You're very welcome to buy and scan this missing issue.
