Description: A quintuple-hybrid:
The inner 14 wraps are from the JVJ collection scanned by ontology;
the 2 outer wraps except pg1, and the ifc+ibc, are rolster fiches;
fc+bc are from HAG; page 1 is from an online auction;
Plus reprints of pages 2-4 are added (alongside the fiches) from the Star reprint.
