The reprint's title is Top Detective (1958, #9, but the only issue).
It's almost a complete reprint (the original was a 36-pager), with all 4 stories: Young King Cole; Dr Drew; Homer K. Beagle, and the text story. Only the 'toons & letterpage are missing.
