I couldn't figure out how to rate this one, so I didn't. It's a very curious publication which consists of a collection of Little Moron jokes, a humor phenomenon which has been generally forgotten, one to a page. Each is illustrated but not that well. It definately should be archived here but it isn't something I would recommend to comics fans. It also didn't include any of the few Little Moron jokes I like.
