I appreciate all their scans and hard work, but I do wish bhc would do C2C--or, at the very least, include the IFC when it contains the indicia.

Can someone please confirm that this really is Issue #4?  The cover (which relates to the contents within) says "July".  But Issue #5 carries the date June 1949.  

So, either the cover is wrong (and the issue was actually released in April), or it's an issue later than #5.
