It would be interesting to see how this compares to the Red Top-Decker Kiddie Kapers from 1957. The GCD doesn't seem to list the contents of that one (whether it's actually a reprint of this, or its own comic).

The Red Top/Decker 1957 "Kiddie Kapers1 " is NOT a reprint of this 1945 book. It is actually a reprint of St. John material from 1951. The only connection is that publisher, Robert Farrell re-used his original series name, and a previously un-used front cover, originally intended for his slated later 1945, second issue of Kiddie Kapers, when that series was stopped, when Farrell (Farrell /Four Star) Publishing and his "Kiddie Kapers, Co.) publishing and producing partners, Fago Brothers(Al and Vince) Studio CEO, Al Fago, disagreed on how their partnership was being run. Farrell, now alone (without partners) published a reprint of his original 1945 Kiddie Kapers 1 in spring 1946, with its same original front cover, but also kept the finished inked artwork for "Kiddie Kapers" issues 2 and 3, Issue 2, of which, was later procured in printer warehouse going-out-of-business sales, first in 1957 by Green Publishing, who printed it in that same year; and was bought and re-printed, in 1958 by Izzy Waldman's IW Comics, in 1958. The finished art for the stories that had been slated for Issue #3 had been kept by their artist, Al Fago, who printed them during the early 1950s in various Charlton Funny Animal series, after he had become the main artist and Chief Editor of that division of Charlton's publishing operations.
