Romantic Secrets 036 (Fawcett Nov 1952) unedited.
I have a raw scan. For whatever reason DCM kept failing out at the upload point so if I added multiples - sorry!
It's a fragile book and I had to over-scan along the edges. I'd rather have it uploaded now then have everyone wait for me to trim and edit it and fix the tears, tape and over-scanning. I can do a cleaner and edited upload later unless someone beats me to it.
As the truckers say, "It'll get there when I get there."

Border fix for consistent look, fix holes tears, stains or missing text. I generally do not mess with the contrast or colors (unless I'm blending in a border). I try to keep a light hand and will not get butt hurt if someone wants to improve on sections.

I appreciate the wanted comic list! It takes a lot of the work out of finding things to look for that intersects my interests in romance/war comics and archiving.
I also have True-to-Life Romances 007 (star accepted) but it's so fragile I'm trying to stabilize it (the paper)before I scan it.

And there is no rule a book can't be on the site more than once.
Many of the oldest scans on DCM were made when hard drives were expensive and connection speeds very slow so scans were often small and heavily cropped. Advertisements would sometimes be left out to conserve space. If a scan is small we welcome new versions for any of those.

Exactly. Anyone old enough knows that horrible racket your modem made dialing up your ISP on a 56k modem.... and the agony of oh so slowly downloading even the smallest comic scan... I don't miss those days at all!

Edited for readability and fixing damage. (no color correction)
Front cover was wrecked so there is some aesthetic editing that is not true to actual cover.
