Title: failed fraud test

new user.  just registered. outlook says DCM initial registration link -warning:be careful, failed security test . ???

Microsoft Outlook is an email client.

I took a quick google into this and seems it's a known issue with Outlook (aka hotmail in past) and it been an issue for while with it's users. Only advice from Microsoft was users add these e-mails to safe list but lot of users report back stating warning still appears even if people in safe list. There doesn't seem to be any details on how Outlook determines how a link is detected as fake / fraud and no way to fix it as owner of a website.
