Sweet Sixteen #4 (with Liz Taylor cover/feature) uploaded
« on: April 19, 2011, 11:20:59 AM »
I recently uploaded Sweet Sixteen #4.  I see that it's already had 83 downloads, so maybe posting about it here is superfluous.
It's my first upload... any and all comments, critiques and criticisms are welcome.

Not that much to say, other than
a) Thanks for the upload
b) It looks very, very good on purely technical merits; a heck of a lot better than my first upload!
c) It's sadly very timely
d) A bit of an interesting format, nearly a third of the issue is text.  What trim size was the book, comic or magazine?

Thanks Doc.
Superfluous?  Maybe, but here is where you'll hear comments on it and help if it's needed.
Welcome to the scanners ranks as well.  :)

Thanks for the kind words.

I wish I could give you an exact size.  However, since I sold it after scanning, I don't have it to measure any more.  I can say that it was pretty much standard golden-age comic book size.  It fit in fine with my other books by Fox and other publishers from the late 40's and early 50's, so it wasn't of a significantly different size.
