The missing page has now been replaced with the correct scan.
Also be on the lookout for a new replacement scan in the future.

Thanks Guys and your welcome, yes it was from my copy of the book that I did the missing page scan. I plan on doing the whole book at a later date as I have some other things to attend to at this time first. But it's coming as time permits
