Darn! I wish these photo covers were better documented in the books themselves. (Of course DCM contributors can only scan what's there.)

The copy I downloaded previously has 45 pages (no scanner credit pages). Any ideas? Was their possibly scans out there with fake ads?
I can upload it here if it is of any help.
