Thanks for the feedback. I apologize for not replying sooner. My life has been a bit hectic as of late, on account a family member is contending with very serious health issues. As of tonight, my late Uncle Jim's index cards are presently in my possession. John Fleskes stopped by and personally dropped them off, as well a collection of publications that Jim contributed to in some capacity. My dad (Jim's brother) will be the custodian of Jim's index cards and I plan to assist him with determining what to do with them. The cards are still in their respective metal file drawers, but the unwieldy metal cabinet that once housed all those drawers is out of the picture. To any prospective parties interested in finding a new home for Jim's index cards, please message me, not John Fleskes, as John no longer has them.

Years later, here's another update on the hunt for Victor Fox photos and data.
David Lawrence kept digging and eventually he and Mark Seifert would turn up an AP newspaper clipping on an old court case Victor Fox testified in.

Here's the clipping and a link to where it was shared on Facebook for those that use FB.

You can also read a 2025 The Comics Journal interview with Christopher Irving (who wrote the Blue Beetle Companion) on Victor Fox where it mentions he's working on a Victor Fox bio book.
