hello everyone.
after my first question about Fawcett's Marvel Family titles i did some research, and i found something puzzling.

wich is a list of periodical with renowe copyrights, i found this infos
• Captain Marvel Adventures: issues renewed from Aug.-Sep. 1941 (v. 1 no. 3); see 1968
• Captain Marvel Story Book: issues renewed from Summer 1946 (v. 1 no. 1); see 1974
• Captain Marvel, Jr.: issues renewed from April 1945 (v. 5 no. 29); see 1973

• Whiz Comics: issues renewed from March 1940 (v. 1 no. 3); see 1967
and on the Wikipedia page about Fawcett i found this text
"DC licensed the rights to all of Fawcett's superheroes in 1972, and revived Captain Marvel in a periodical entitled Shazam!. They also obtained reprint rights to the original Fawcett comic books, and began running older stories in their various reprint titles as well as Shazam! itself."
