Title: Help identifying a comic book story

Would anybody happen to know which comic book this story originates? There's nothing about it in the Comics Database. I know the artist is Terrytoons/Famous Studios animator Larry Silverman, and the story is from JCA (Jason Comic Art), but I'm not sure of the publisher or which magazine it's featured.

Wonder if it's Dopsy Durvy from Frisky Fables?

I've looked all over and couldn't find any "Dopsy Durvy" stories that have this story anywhere. Here's a model sheet from JCA that might help...
