Yep, that's the way we wanted it.  So you people could find the scan on two different places on the site.
That's why it says this in the description:

But LOOK at the books...

1 is the EERIE #10
the other is a SPOOK book

2 different comics altogether

Yep, IW is all reprints.  Sometimes I would have an issue like this one shared on the site in two places.  But as originals show up many are now just shard in the IW section.  But a few like this one are still on the site.  It was just a way to share a book twice without having the actual file taking up twice the space on our server.

What about the COVERs?

The reason I was interested in that particular issue... was the MONSTER in a lab with arms out, walking out of the test tube transporter-ish yellow glow...

Yeah, they aren't all there.  You can see the covers of both titles on their GCD listings.
IW covers sometimes (often) had zero to do with the contents.
