Anyone know the name of a comic that contained a cowgirl character the went by the name Roper?

Sorry, I can't say I do.
But you could try looking on the Grand Comics Database and search by 'Character' and sort by date to see what they have.
'Steve Roper' was an Eastern comics strip.
