Thank you all for the contributions of comics I was never able to grow up with. I was born in the 80's and was only limited to super hero comics as that's all my local comic book shop had. Now because of the Internet I can read the comics my parents grew up with. I love the old comic styles and the process of how they were printed. I do have a question about the comics available here. Are there any underground/alternate comics? I tried searching but found no hits. I do have a link to another comic book archive that also allows to freely download comics of that genre, but I was wondering if there were more.

There's a ton of goodies here to find and enjoy but no, there are no undergrounds. Our cutoff date is nothing after Dec 1959.
