Title: need a little photoshop type help

recently got my hands on a coverless copy of Comic Cavalcade 11 (1945) at my local shop.

(http://static.comicvine.com/uploads/original/11114/111149159/4986719-cc11.jpg)The problem you can see below, some dumby wrote a price on the Wonder Woman splash page with a green grease pencil (grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr)

Oh and I'm fine with the age and wear related defects, I just want the grease pencil gone
