Description: November, 1941 - 400 dpi scan from a coverless book missing the first wrap. missing outer wrap, replaced with existing paper scan (pages 1-2) by an unknown scanner and fiche scan (63-64) by Darkmark. Front and back covers from Heritage, IFC and IBC from a scan of Feature Comics #38 by freddyfly, with indicia from the fiche scan. Featuring Black Condor, Molly the Model, Off the Record, Space Legion, Madam Fatal, The Red Torpedo, Ned Brant, Alias the Spider, Lee Preston of the Red Cross, Slap-Happy Pappy, Jane Arden, Lena Pry, Rube Goldberg's Side Show, Wizard Wells, Snappy, and The Clock. It is. Hopefully somebody will have either a complete, or a more complete copy to make fills someday of any or all of the missing pages in this one.

According to what I have, the unknown scanner was Mr. Door Tree-DCP.
