Thanks Dsdaboss and darkmark for scanning and uploading the second costumed appearance of TNT Todd. The character has been prominent in my commissions and it's great to see another appearance.

It says "upgrade", but I don't recall seeing a previous iteration of the comic.

I think what it was was dsdaboss uploaded the book with the cover that is the second image, and darkmark upgraded it by supplying the cover image that shows up first, hence an upgrade.
