Alarming Tales #5, September 1958, 36 pgs. c2c. Cover by John Severin, the first story, "Half Man--Half What?", the art was pencilled by Matt Baker with Al Williamson  doing the inks, "Defeat!" was pencilled and inked by Paul Reinman, "My Robot Plants" was done by Fred Kida, the next story "The Fountain of Age" was done by Doug Wildey and the last story "12,000 to 1" was both written by Jack Kirby, as well as him doing the pencills, with the inks being done by Al Willimson.
