That silly book was so big the only place I could keep it was under my pre-computer desk's cover/scratch pad. It stuck out on three sides.

I gave in and bought a copy about a year ago or so. It's a fascinating document, I'd love to see a collection of modern cartoonists (with a retro bent) trying something in the same absurd format!
