Comic Book Plus / CB+ Outage (01.08.2019)

Just to let people know that the site is currently down. This is due to the hosting company complaining about the disk usage.

Nothing terminal!

We have a scheduled upgrade of server to happen BEFORE April 1, so if they had liaised rather than just put us offline, this outage (or should I say outrage!) would have been averted.

I am hoping that this will be resolved quickly, so fingers crossed. No matter what we'll be riding a bigger machine very soon!

Thank you for the update, Mark.  Here's hoping you're back up quickly.

One of the reasons I'm very glad we have both sites:  we can cover for one another when something like this happens.  Redundancy is a good thing.

I tried to leave a message about this on the CB+ Facebook page but it's only showing under visitor posts and not in the main timeline.

I have done this.

Although it does not look like it I am actually working my socks off, and setting up a bigger better secondary server. So we'll be ever better (eh ... hem ...) than before
