Heroes Redrawn
DamonO:
I've always found in interesting how any two artists can visualize and draw the same scenes totally differently. I also enjoy seeing today's contemporary artists drawing the heroes of the Golden Age. In that spirit, I decided to do the Heroes Redrawn Project. Basically, I give a present-day artist a page or pages from a Golden, Silver, or Bronze Age comic and ask that artist to revisualize and redraw the same scenes. It not only presents an opportunity to contrast two artistic visions side-by-side, but it also shows how comics of the past might look if published today.
First up, from the pages of Blazing Comics: The Green Turtle! I took two pages as drawn by the character's creator, Chu F. Hing, and commissioned Yvel Guichet to give his own reinterpretation. Yvel is the veteran artist of DC's Aquaman and Stormwatch, among many other credits. I think both artists did a superb job. Check it out.

Nice idea.
However, if there is a link to your re-drawn page, I do not see it.
