I know that you have an excellent "Pre-Code Horror" list in the forums, but I wondered if also you could list the known "Pre-Code Crime Comics" as a crime comics collector,it would be much appreciated

Sorry, DCM doesn't share such a list.  This is an area that Comic Book Plus handles things a little better.
If you go to their site and use the CATEGORIES section you can select Crime and get a list of any book that contains a crime story.  Other genres are also listed.
