Any of the "Horror" books should fit the bill on that. As to which book has the stories you want I'll leave that to others and it's not the books I read or look at.

A lot of haunted house stories spring to mind which are NOT in public domain and sadly NOT to be found here:
EC, Marvel/Atlas, DC.
