Multiple Names publishers

Hi, I have a conundrum,  Atlas Comics  I know that some Atlas Comics are from  what became Marvel [Timely became Atlas became Marvel {20th century Comic Corp.}<eventually>..... but, some Atals Comics have nothing to do with Marvel,  Atlas/Seaboard is/was a seperate company after Martin Goodman sold off Timely/Atlas/Marvel, He started a new comic company called Atlas with "new" characters.... Wulf, Ironjaw, the Barbarians, Grim Ghost plus a few others. My conundrum is do the Atlas/Seaboard comic count as the timely/atlas/mavel no uploads or are they OK to upload?   Marvel Atlas have a globe+banner logo  Atlas/Seaboard have a Triangluar A logo.

Two different companies.  Martin Goodman started 1970's Atlas after leaving Marvel.  It lead ballooned.

are they OK to upload?

No.

1. They are still under copyright. (Heck, there was a recent attempt to revive the line by Goodman's grandson.)

2. They are after the 1960 cutoff date for this site.
