selecting and downloading more than one file

i do not have the option to select multiple files for downloading, only the option to download single-file.
Looking at the video tutorial, it shows the user having the option in the sub-category to select several files to download instead of single individual file

Sorry, this is not an option.
Downloads are made one file at a time.
Sorry for any confusion.
