What comics with detailed beautiful women drawings do you know?
Can be colored or black and white too.

One of the first stops could easily be the various romance comics that Quality published between 1949-1957. What helps those titles are the artwork by top artists in the Quality bullpen who were noted for drawing very beautiful women. Among them were Bill Ward who drew his romance stories in an elegant style that was far more polished than the slightly cartoony style he used on his best known strip Torchy. Another contributor was Alex Kotsky who showed that he was drawing very beautiful women before he co-created the newspaper strip Apartment 3-G which was about the lives of three beautiful ladies. Reed Crandall - best known for his Blackhawk work - also contributed to Quality's romance titles as did Doll Man artist Al Bryant as well.

I'd add Dan DeCarlo and Ogden Whitney both did stunning women as well.

Personal Love, issues 24, 25, and 27 all have stories by Frank Frazetta.  Absolutely amazing stuff.

I agree with the suggestion of Matt Baker work, as well; Phantom Lady is a good start but he drew stories in most of the St. John romance comics.

Agree with all of the above. But don't forget Wally Wood and Al Williamson, both could draw some very nice ladies indeed.

You could also add Irv Novick, Mort Meskin and Joe Simon and Jack Kirby to the list as well. For Simon and Kirby, simply check out early issues of Young Romance and Young Love among others.
