Bad cover scan on Young Love 10 (V.2 #4)

Hi!  Wow!  What a Memorable anniversary this one turned out to be! So many final issues for runs appeared in this large batch that I was stunned.  Thanks to all who had a hand in this.

The only problem that I have found with any uploaded file of late is a corrupted image for the outer front cover of Young Love 10 (V.3 #4).  The upper 75% of the file is just fine, but the bottom quarter is either missing (as it is on line) or a corrupted green blur (as it is after you download it).
