A cover repair to Justice Traps the Guilty 28

Weird comment about the fecal-matter-looking thing under the cop on the cover of JUSTICE TRAPS... #28 prompted me to make a quick repair to the image. Odd, it looks like a magic marker but there's no bleed-through on the other side of the cover. No matter, cover oddity eliminated and re-posted, do with as you see fit. Or fee sit. Or whatever.
