Dell's Western Roundup

One of the comics I got for Christmas this year was Dell's Western Roundup #4 (10/53) and I'm trying to figure out what can be scanned from it. Here is a list of the features and whether I think they're OK to scan or not:

Cover - Photos of the various featured cowboy heroes. - Probably YES
IFC - Photo of Roy Rogers - NO (but I would scan the indicia)
Gene Autry (14p) - NO
Song Sheet (1p) - "As I Went Walking Down the Street" - Probably NO
Champion (10p) - NO
"Guns and Gun Fighters of the Frontier West" [Illustrated text] (2p) - YES
Roy Rogers (14p) - NO
Trigger and Bullet (10p) - NO
"The Mysterious Stage Robberies" [Text] (2p) - YES
Johnny Mack Brown (10p) - YES as far as I know.
"Famous Horsemen of the World" [Illustrated text] (9p) - YES
Wild Bill Elliott (10p) - YES as far as I know.
Song Sheet (1p) - "Goodbye Old Paint" - Probably NO
Rex Allen (12p) - YES as far as I know.
IBC - Photo of Gene Autry - NO
Back Cover - Photo of a cowboy and horse by Mike Roberts. - Probably YES

So correct me if I'm wrong and any of the stuff I marked as no is actually OK or vice versa. Otherwise, it looks like 48 pages  of this 100 pager are OK to scan.

Won't comment on Dell, leave any headache for someone else  , but western roundup 4 has been scanned c2c. Not on here obviously.

Looking at the LoC's site, the only renewals I could see for the issue were Gene Autry and Champion. Everything else appears to be PD.
