Very nice, a big thanks to everybody involved.  A nice addition of an infamously weird book.

There does seem to be an error with the first page, though.

For some reason, the first page seems to glitch in CDisplay.  Somebody else mentioned it in the comments.  But when I use the preview, or unzip the file, it's fine.  Very odd
