Thanks for this one, SteveD!  It's uploading is much appreciated.  I hate to report that it seems to be missing the 48th scan, which should have fallen right after the two-page Houdonnit the Great story.

Steve is aware of the missing pg48.  The fiche will be used as a fill if he can't provide a paper scan.
And this is an excellent example of how a fiche scan, no matter the quality, can be helpful.
